Dining Room Captain

Captain  Supervise and lead a small group of servers. To create and maintain an atmosphere of cordiality, provide personal attention and exceptional customer service, as well as a calm environment throughout the department.

Department:  Fine Dining

Required Hours: Full-time, (37.5 hours/week) Must be available to work on weekends and rotating evenings.

Qualifications: Minimum requirements: HS Diploma/GED. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lead Server/Captain. Experience with the senior population a plus.
