Full-Time cook position available for creative, skilled culinary professional.
The position supports the Executive Chef in meal prep, quality assurance, training, ordering food/kitchen supplies & recipe development.
The successful candidate must have an enthusiastic appetite for cooking. Min. 2 yrs. experience of cooking in a high volume style operation, such as restaurant, banquet, or country club or short order cook.
Requirements: High School Diploma/ GED. Culinary degree preferred and ServeSafe certification required. Must have the flexibility to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
