While working under this program, you will be required to make a 8-week commitment and work a minimum of 40 hours per week during this 8-week period.  You would be scheduled to work off shifts, weekends, holidays per unit needs; you would also be expected to float to different units based on needs, skill, and competency. 

Pay is $40 per hour plus shift differentials
