Andy Trepanier, Executive Director of The Highlands at Pittsford
The Highlands at Pittsford, Rochester’s only university-based senior living community, is pleased to announce that Andy Trepanier has been promoted to Executive Director. Prior to joining The Highlands at Pittsford, Andy served in several senior living leadership positions including Executive Director.
“I am very pleased to share the news that Andy Trepanier has been promoted to Executive Director of The Highlands at Pittsford,” stated Steve Goldstein, President & Chief Executive Officer, University of Rochester Medical Center. “Andy has been Director of Dining Services for The Highlands at Pittsford. In that role he has initiated many changes that have enhanced the resident dining experience while improving quality and efficiency of dining operations. He has expanded staff recruitment, delivered savings in purchasing, and built a positive work culture for his teams. Andy has more than two decades of experience in senior living management.”
Andy is a United States Army Reserve veteran. He earned a bachelor’s degree in food and beverage business management from New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. In addition, Trepanier holds certifications from the United States Army, National Restaurant Association and Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Andy is an avid mountain biker and the head coach for Rochester Youth Cycling Club (RYCC). Andy enjoys spending time outside with his family either hiking, paddleboarding, and biking the local trails in the greater Rochester area.
